In 2028, Sydney will welcome pilgrims from across Australia and around the world for the 54th International Eucharistic Congress—a joyful celebration of Jesus Christ, truly present in the Eucharist.

This extraordinary gathering of the universal Church will unite people of every age, culture and nation in prayer, worship, formation and fellowship, renewing our faith and deepening our love for the Eucharist, the source and summit of the Christian life.
