Love in Action
Before giving His Body and Blood at the Last Supper, Jesus knelt before His disciples and washed their feet.
The Lord of heaven became a servant.
In this humble act, Jesus revealed that the Eucharist is not only a gift to receive, but a way of life to embrace. Every time we gather at the altar, Christ nourishes us with His love and sends us into the world to serve others with the same humility, compassion and generosity.
As we prepare for the International Eucharistic Congress, may the Eucharist shape not only our prayer, but also our daily lives. The more we receive Christ, the more we are called to reflect His love through simple acts of kindness, forgiveness and service.
"The Eucharist impels us to go forth in love, becoming signs of hope and instruments of God's compassion in the world."
Pope Leo XIV

Pilgrim's Prayer
Lord Jesus, You came not to be served, but to serve. Fill me with Your love in the Eucharist, and teach me to recognise You in every person I meet. May my words and actions reflect Your humble and generous heart. Amen.
